Welcome to 5 profitable steps to blogging part 3!

Hopefully everybody has already done their keyword research and set up their blog as discussed in parts 1 & 2.

Now lets look at writing post for your blog.

There are five major components to writing post for your blog.

1.) Research

2.) Title

3.) First Paragraph

4.) The Body

5.) The Last Paragraph

That´s it.  Once you master that, you´ll be cooking with gas!:)

1.) Research – Do a search on Google for your related subject.  Find the sites that

     have the pertinent information you need and take notes so that you can form

     your own article from the various sources you have gathered.

2.) Title – Remember to have a keyword in your title. 

     Keep it simple like: “How to…” or “5 secrets to…”

3.) First Paragraph – Tell your audience what to expect in the article. 

     Address the problem you intend to solve for them.

4.) The Body – Keep it organized.  If you have 5 steps to something then list it as

      step 1, step 2… and so forth.

     Try to keep each paragraph to a maximum of 3 sentences.

5.) Last Paragraph – Do a short summary and conclusion to what you have just  

      written.  Remember to state the most important tip in your conclusion.

That is all there is to writing a good blog post or for that matter a good article.

Blog Set Up!

First, find an available domain name.  Go to GoDaddy.  On the home page you can plug in whatever name you like and GoDaddy will tell you if it is available in a matter of seconds. 

Next, select a webhost.

According to John Yeo, Professional Wedding Blogger(http://bloggerspaycheck.com/), and the man from which I reseached this blog post, you can do a Google search for GoDaddy coupons and get a discount on hosting.

I personally, like HostGator for hosting.  And there are others such as bluehost.com and directhorizon.com

Once you´ve chosen your host you can access the control panel(cpanel) in “yourdomain.com/cpanel”.

Now scroll down and find the fantastico button to install WordPress to your site.  This is the perfect site for blogging!

Next login to the dashboard of your blog by going to “yourdomain.com/wp-admin”.

You can choose a theme from the ones available by WordPress or do a search on Google for “WordPress themes”.  Upload and unzip the files in the cpanel.

Now your blog is set up and ready for posting!

Each step is critically important so I want to break this blog down into 5 separate blogs each one concentrating on a specific step!

So let´s start with Keyword Research

First, look for a profitable niche.   It is best to choose something that you are interested in.

If you are not sure what niche you might be interested in a couple good resources are: http://www.google.com/trends

        http://www.Yahoobuzz.com

        http://www.amazon.com

Be sure that  when searching for keywords you:

 1.) Look for what is known as long tail keywords.  That would be anything with more than 2 words.

2.) Use adwords tools to determine words that have had more than300 searches per month.   http://www.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

3.) Do a Google search using quotation marks to how many competing sites there are out there.

Example: “keyword”

Once you have found your long tail keyword use it in your domain name.  This is a great way to get the search engines to notice you because not only is your keyword on your page but it is in your name.  That show a point of relevancy to your keyword.

A good number to look for in your search would be anything less than 20,000.

Let´s get down to business.

Step 5.) Keyword Selection

Now Steven Lean of http://cpa-coaching.com, suggest that you use KeywordElite and whatever the software gives you.

In other words, keep it simple.  The key to this game is dependent how many campaigns you start.   Once your first campaign is profitable, it´s a whole new ball game.

You should start building 5 campaigns on one of your days off from your normal job.  But if that is not possible then take a couple hours a day after work and do 1 a day.

Before you know it,  you will be much faster and producing polls with record speed.

If you want to make $100 a day with online polls and CPA, then there are 2 things you must remember:

1.) Make sure you have the right tools.  Automate where ever you can.  You want to produce as many polls as you can, until you start seeing the profits roll in.

2.) Never Quit !!!

If you give up too early or fail to put in the work necessary,

YOU WILL FAIL!

Just be consistent, don´t over analyze and don´t worry about being perfect.

If you follow these simple steps you can one day be averaging between $3,000 – $5,000  a month!

So first, as a reminder, let´s look at steps 1 – 3.

1.) Get Poll Ideas from Yahoo Buzz Index

2.) Sign Up As An Affiliate In A Few CPA Networks

3.) Run An Ad In Google Adwords

That brings us to step 4.) Build A Landing Page

Now, before you say something like I don´t know anything about building a landing page.  That´s too technical, I thought this was going to be easy.  Or, what does this have to do with making $100 a day with online polls and CPA?

Let me tell you that it is so simple you won´t believe you never thought of it before.

You simply get a domain and hosting from a provider such as GoDaddy or HostGator, (there are tons of others out there).  I recommend HostGator because they are easy to work with and the customer service is unbeatable!

Then send traffic you receive from your Google ad to the landing page.

After a visitor takes the survey, thank them and send them something free in exchange for their name and email address.

*Note it is important that the participants receive something in return for their information.  Because in reality nothing is free.  This is your way of paying them for taking your survey and providing you with their personal details. 

**Offer them a free ebook, newsletter, or even a months free membership into one of your programs.

Now here is the beauty of the whole thing.  When someone gives you there personal information you get paid.  Anywhere from$0.50 to $1.50 per lead.  Since you only paid about $0.07 for your Google ad….

Well, you do the math.  Cha Ching!!!!
